    Original:

1. Replace 【Ctrl + H】
2. Replaace with: Press 「Ctrl + Enter」

    Result:

「合併儲存格」同時保留所有數值

1.   選擇D1:D5，設定為「合併與置中」

2.   使用格式化按鈕 進行格式複製，結果如下，使用這方法，Excel不會刪除其餘的數據。

不會列印出來的文字

1.   首先把繪圖工具列叫出來 (在工具列中按右滑鼠鍵，選繪圖)
2.   按一下「文字方塊」圖示
3.   按下滑鼠右鍵
4.   剔除「摘要資訊│列印物件」

把公式排列整齊

例子：
在適當位置按＜Alt＞+＜Enter＞來插入分列符號，甚至加進空格，把公式排得整整齊齊：
